NOBU OGAMI Development is SODIC newest project located on the North Coast of Egypt. The site is determined
by a 780
meters beach front on one of the most beautiful beaches on the coast. The project area (37 Acres) lies
within a
developed Master Plan for 440 Acres, and the project components are branded villas, residential units,
retails
facilities, 5-stars hotel, and basic amenities. All of the hospitality and residence components shall be
operated by the
same hotel operator.
