Summary
Noor City is a mix-use development aiming to meet demand in East Cairo and located opposite the New Administrative
Capital (NAC). The project will be implemented on an area of 5,000 acres. Noor is designed based on the world's latest
trends for integrated cities, creating a paradigm shift in the urban development map in Egypt and shall accommodate
about 600,000 residents. It is aimed at being a green smart city that is meeting 21st century 4G cities’ standards and
will include a set of integrated services and modern applications by using the latest technologies.
Noor City contains various residential and commercial facilities such as residential buildings and villas, Grand
Mosques, Church, Grand Malls, University, Schools and Sporting Club. It includes 8 zones for fully finished residential
buildings, G+5 and 4 zones for different types of villas.
The project will utilize the latest technologies as smart irrigation methods to decrease water consumption, the use of
clean energy, smart environment friendly transportation, as well as smart lighting system for the whole city.
