Atrium Project Management (APM) was founded to spearhead mega projects, beginning with "Noor"—the visionary new city in Egypt's New Administrative Capital—alongside several other major developments in Eastern Egypt. At APM, we introduce the innovative concept of "Risk Sharing," fostering a collaborative partnership between the project owner and the project manager. Atrium Project Management (APM) was founded to redefine project excellence in Egypt and the Region. Emerging from the legacy of Talaat Moustafa Group, APM led the management of Noor City in the New Administrative Capital and continued to oversee major developments across Egypt.
