Project Description:
The EDNC project is a regeneration project located at New Cairo on 90 Street, adjacent to the AUC. The restaurant and hotel will occupy two existing buildings within the EDNC retail area. The building designated for the hotel was originally designed as a theatre, necessitating significant construction and structural modifications to transform it into a hotel with a total of 50 keys. On the contrary, the restaurant building with total area 2,124 m2 will not need any major changes. Both buildings will be connected on the ground level, sharing the same BOH
