Banan Project is located in Dahyet Al Fursan, Riyad, KSA, the capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and
center of the
business in the region, the site is 30 km from the heart of Al Riyadh and is close by many landmarks like
King Khaled
Airport King Salman Park, King Abdulaziz Equestrian Field El Roshan development, and other several
landmarks. The
development is surrounded by many roads that connect to the heart of Riyadh, airports, and main districts.
The project
is a mega mix-use development city aiming to create a distinctive residential community encompassed by a
main park and
an integrated urban quarter by pocket gardens. It provids around 28 thousand residential units accommodating
about
135,000 residences, including villas and apartments, on a total area of 10 million square meters
The project is being developed in partnership between Talaat Mustafa Group - KSA, and the Saudi National
Housing Company
and will incubate high standard Commercial, Communal, Cultural, educational, and Entertainment Facilities.
