Overview
Baheya Foundation is an Egyptian non-profit organization considered one of the leading institutions in Egypt in the fight against breast cancer. Its mission is to provide medical and psychological support to female breast cancer patients in Egypt. The foundation offers a range of services including medical examinations, early diagnosis, surgical treatment, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, physiotherapy, as well as psychological and social support for patients.
Project Description:
Baheya Foundation is constructing and equipping a medical center in New Cairo, Cairo Governorate, Arab Republic of Egypt. The project consists of two basements, a ground floor, three upper floors, and roof rooms, with a total built-up area of approximately 18,000 m² on a land plot of about 4,000 m² The excavation phase and all related shoring work have been completed. The tendering and execution of the foundation and concrete structural works have also been initiated. The electromechanical works, along with the interior and exterior finishes, are being executed by Baheya Foundation in accordance with the project’s pre-approved engineering designs. APM’s primary role in this project is procurement management across a variety of disciplines.
